Hi! I’m Sharayah, most know me as Ray Ray. I am Certified Personal Trainer based at Self Made Training Facility in Gilbert Arizona. I have a passion for empowering women of all ages, and helping them build confidence in and out of the gym. I focus on guiding my clients towards their unique goals through sustainable lifestyle changes, proper education and unwavering support.
I have 5 years experience working in the fitness industry, but my love for the gym started 15 years ago.

Like many, I have personally battled with eating disorders, body dysmorphia, and body image struggles since I was a teenager and I understand how difficult these struggles are to overcome. Over time, strength training has become one of the biggest tools for me to fight those struggles.

Through my personal experience and my professional education, I would love the opportunity to show you how you can use these tools as well. I provide a range of training options, including personalized one-on-one sessions, intimate small group training, and convenient online coaching! Each offers flexibility to suit your diverse preferences and schedules, while still receiving the same dedication from me regardless of which option you choose.
