Personal Trainer in Gilbert – Hi there! My name is Hayley, and I am a passionate fitness trainer who loves helping people achieve their goals and develop a deep appreciation for fitness. With a lifelong commitment to an active lifestyle, I have always been drawn to physical activities. In my younger years, I engaged in gymnastics and dance, which laid the foundation for my love of movement.During high school, I made a pivotal decision to take weight training instead of physical education. This choice not only allowed me to spend time with the cute guys but also sparked my fascination with lifting weights. Little did I know that this decision would shape my future career.At the age of 15, I discovered that I have scoliosis, a condition affecting the curvature of the spine. This revelation prompted me to focus on strengthening my back and engaging in corrective exercises. Over the years, I have consistently worked on improving myself and building a strong foundation, which has fueled my desire to help others overcome their own physical challenges.During my early thirties, I embarked on a personal journey of sobriety. This life-changing experience led me back to the world of training and proper nutrition. Driven by my passion for fitness, I decided to pursue formal education in this field, eager to deepen my knowledge and understanding.After spending several years in a desk job, I realized that my true calling was to be a full-time trainer. I yearned for a fresh start and the opportunity to dedicate myself entirely to helping others transform their lives through fitness. Becoming a trainer has allowed me to connect with incredible individuals, witness their progress, and share in their joy as they fall in love with the process of improving their physical well-being.When I’m not working in the gym, you can find me in the kitchen, whipping up delicious and nutritious protein pancakes. I also cherish the time spent with my loving husband, three cats, and three dogs, who bring immense joy to my life. Additionally, I have a passion for travel and backpacking, which feeds my adventurous spirit and fuels my desire to explore the world.In summary, my journey as a fitness trainer has been shaped by my personal experiences, a deep love for physical activity, and a desire to help others live healthier lives.
