Hello! I’m Coach Sel, based in Gilbert, Arizona. Originally from Ghana, I’ve spent the past 15 years in the U.S., dedicating my life to fitness and helping others reach their health goals. As a result-oriented and highly accountable fitness trainer, my mission is to empower you to take charge of your life and become the best version of yourself. After all, you only live once (YOLO)!

Over the last 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with countless clients. My expertise spans multiple fitness methodologies, including High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), aerobics, functional workouts, weightlifting, CrossFit, bodybuilding, and powerlifting. I’m passionate about combining these disciplines to create tailored fitness programs that meet your specific needs.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is seeing clients transform. While many come to lose weight, tone up, or build lean muscle, my approach focuses on more than just physical changes. I aim to help you build confidence, endurance, flexibility, strength, and a healthy relationship with food. Fitness should enhance your overall well-being, not just your appearance.

Smaller group sessions are also highly effective, fostering a community of encouragement and support.
