Hi, I’m Emily! 👋🏽 I help men and women get strong AF while losing body fat and moving better.

I specialize in functional strength training and body re composition, I recognize when it’s important to go hard but more importantly, when it’s important to rest and recover. What sets me apart from other coaches is that I am a former collegiate athlete, through my own training I have overcome various injuries, and I lived several years with an eating disorder.

I know how hard it is, especially when your mental state isn’t in the right place. I’m here to help you overcome your physical and mental barriers. Whether you’re looking to lose fat, gain muscle, build athleticism, move better, or just get strong AF, I am confident that I can support your goals.
